Parade in downtown Shreveport on Monday March 5th to honor Academy Award winners

Parade in downtown Shreveport on Monday March 5th at 12 noon

Join in on the hoopla of a confetti-ticker tape parade at 12 noon in downtown Shreveport on Monday March 5th from the court house to Art Space. This parade will honor Academy Award winners William Joyce and Brandon Oldenburg of Moonbot Studios in Shreveport who won Oscars in the category of Best Animated Short Film for "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore" at the awards ceremony on Sunday, February 26th in Hollywood, California.

There will be a press conference, food, and celebration when the parade ends at ArtSpace in downtown Shreveport.
